“I bought a Stentor violin for my daughter at Ackerman as they guarantee a quality control check and violin setup before the shipment. Unfortunately, the violin came with a decentralized fretboard. I was assured by Ackerman's customer service that the violin was indeed checked and probably was an issue due to the shipment. Luther or a teacher should be able to fix this kind of problem. Overall, daughter is very happy :)”

Hello there, Sorry to hear the instrument arrived with some damage. I can assure you it left here in perfect condition as every instrument is set up before being sent. It would have been very well packaged too to try and avoid any knocks en-route to Italy. Please could you send us some photos of the problem to info@ackermanmusic.co.uk and we will get back to you. “This has been my first experience of dealing with Ackerman. They offered the score for the Beethoven Choral Symphony at what seemed to be the best price. My order was dealt with as soon as received, sent from the warehouse the next day and received in the post within a few days more. I am very much impressed, and will certainly go back to Ackerman the next time I am looking for musical scores.”
