“Pic at your webpage show that it contains two cd's , but you delivered it with online stuff. Ik don't like the adds while logging into your website, while i have paid for the book. The Tax which should be paid in Holland make it an expensive book.”

Hello there, Thank you for your review. Most books are changing over from CD to download now and we always recommend checking if you want one or the other. We don't have any adverts on our website. That may be linked to your web provider? There is no tax on sheet music so you definitely shouldn't have had to pay any customs fee on arrival in the Netherlands. Hopefully you can get a refund on that. Kind regards

“Excellent service as always from Ackerman Music. Ordered on line, which was an easy process. The Royal Mail took their time with this order, but that's just a sign of the times ! It got to me eventually though, through no fault of Ackermans. It was very well packaged, in a strong protective cardboard envelope, which was just as well, because the envelope was quite battered by the time it arrived at my address, but it had done it's job and protected what was inside very well. The album itself is really nice. I already had the clarinet version of this particular collection of music, but I think that some the 'Grease' numbers are much better suited to the alto sax. I'm very pleased with it. Thank you.”
