“It was easy to find what I wanted on the website. Ordering was straightforward- no need to set up an account. Postage was very reasonable.and delivery was quick. That makes for a positive user experience and I will return!”

“Ordered a piano book my local bookshop couldn't source. Didn't want to use the big Am... . Ackerman claimed in stock (with caveats) but most had to source from abroad. Ordered out of a sense of curiousity and it dropped through letterbox two days later. Service 5 star but ordering I recall as slightly clunky from memory.”
