“Had an initial delay to my parcel arriving. However I was contacted by the company after they asked me to leave a review and they suggested how to trace the parcel and when this failed they immediately sent another parcel to me which arrived quickly and safely. Today I received an email from them asking me to amend my previous review which I am happy to do. Thank you.”

Whenever I phone up for a complicated request or specific advice, the shop will direct me to an expert who can answer my questions, and the delivery is fully reliable.
