“It was very easy to order online & when there was a query over the delivery address I received a telephone message. When I responded to this I spoke to a very friendly and chirpy lady who confirmed she had left the message & knew exactly why I was ringing”

“Incorrect item supplied. Ordered a violin chin rest but received a viola chin rest, which cost £24 including postage. Went through the returns process but no refund. Including postage cost, having to print a return address slip and provide my own padded envelope without receiving a refund is disappointing.”
