“Ordered item as Christmas present. The website stated item in stock and then apparently dispatched on 17th. Still nothing on 29th. Spoke to a very unprofessional, indifferent person on the phone who simply said they will send me a refund if I waited for 3 weeks and then just hung up. Terrible experience. I was fooled by the great reviews. Now it does seem odd how the company does not have even one bad review?”

Hello there, We have discovered that you didn't provide a house number for your address so it is likely the music will be returned to us as royal mail will be unable to deliver it. We take address information directly from what the customer provides. Kind regards

“Excellent prompt service every time . I’ve been ordering from Ackerman For a few years now . Pleasant voice the other end of the phone always and they even recognise my voice ! I recommend them to all my pupils and I would never go anywhere else . They always have what I want in stock”

“I placed an order on the 16th December and still haven’t received my goods. I understand with Christmas things may be slower but this is the 30th and I haven’t even received a dispatch email! I was ordering goods from other companies right up to the 22nd and still getting them via Royal Mail on the 24th!”

“Very speedy service. I was contacted by telephone to say that the score cover had a small crease, but you would reduce the charge by £4 if I was willing to accept it. I did so and promptly received my copy in very good condition, despite the small crease.”

“Delivery was excellent - much quicker than I expected. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong item! I thought I had ordered a CD but instead, it was a booklet of the piano music which was played on the CD. They both have the same coloured photograph but I missed the detail that the piano music booklet was rectangular, whereas the CD has a square picture. It seems that the CD (produced in 2010) is no longer available from any vendor in the UK. Meanwhile, I gave the piano music booklet to a friend who plays the piano (well) as a Christmas present! I'll be more careful next time. Nevertheless, Ackerman gave an excellent delivery service.”
