“Clear info, good price (book 29.75 GBP), a bit expensive Delivery Charge (20 GBP) but above all fast shipping (up to customs) and very well packaged. Only - but that is not Ackerman Music's fault - the book stayed at customs for more than 2 weeks. On top of that, I paid 15 euros extra in customs formalities on 1 book. Frustrating to buy something in GB and have it shipped to Belgium. In the future only when there is no other option, too bad about Brexit!”

HI Ben, Thank you for your kind review. I'm sorry to hear about the customs delay and the extra charges. There is no tax payable on sheet music in the UK so there certainly shouldn't have been any customs charges for you to pay. And we are all devastated about Brexit here. “Had reason to contact Ackerman Customer Services about my purchase and they where superb. What I call real old school type of communication, by old school I mean, they care for their customers. Whenever I come across this which is very rare these days if I can give business to this company in whatever fashion I surely will. My purchase was small, arrived in the expected time, their website is easy to navigate and and purchasing processes simple. Notifications could be a little bit better hence the loss of a star. I would definitely purchase from this company in the future.”
