“Fantastic friendly and professional service from the minute we entered Ackerman Music. They are absolutely first rate with advice and recommending a piano to suit our needs. When ordering, they kept in touch from placing the order to delivery and building the piano up. They tested everything and reminded us we can request further help at any time. “Great service from Ackerman Music once again. The keyboard stand arrived with some of the plastic on the adjusting knobs broken off, but it all still works, just had to use pliers to set it. I'm not putting it up and down so it's no problem.”
