“Staff were very helpful when I rang to enquire about purchasing an instrument online. They were knowledgeable about the product and helpful about the online purchase and returns process should it not be suitable. Fortunately the instrument is spot on and we're very pleased with it.”

“I rang to ask about a particular piece of music, which the store I rang didn't have, but was directed to another of their stores to find, and with the given order number, was able to source. I also had questions regarding the level and style of the music, which was fulfilled by the employee going to look up the score instore and assessing. For me, total satisfaction, complete fulfillment of customer service, and a rapid delivery of requested order. (which I will receive from my parents on my birthday on Friday ! I am so happy I found this store.”
