“I was gifted a beautiful personalised bracelet for my birthday a year ago, however, sadly a part of it broke off. I reached out to the Abbott Lyon team with pictures to see if there was anything they could do. Within 2 hours (on a Sunday!!) Nonjabulo got back to me apologising for this and offering a discount code for me to re order the same bracelet for free, with free delivery too. I could not be happier with the customer service I received and I am so grateful as this bracelet was so special to me. I have re ordered and I can’t wait for it to be delivered, thank you again❤️”
