Returns process is easy and when I emailed for an update I received confirmation that parcel was still on its way to them but they processed my credit note to not delay any further. “I would recommend being really sure that the order was going to arrive before the date you needed it - I placed an order on the 31st Oct and expected deliver is early December so possible you wouldn’t receive your order if ordering now for Christmas which is disappointing”
