“I have two pieces from Abbott Lyon and I am in love with both of them. Delivery was super fast and both pieces were wrapped so gorgeously. Feels really premium and both the heart earrings and heart engraved bracelet have become two of my staple pieces. Regularly wear them in the shower and seen no sign of wear or damage to product. Very happy!”

“first time ordering was really easy to pick what i wanted on site everything was perfect until i got the dispatch email saying evri was delivering i have the worst evri delivery drivers ever they are constantly stealing my parcels so i didn’t have high hopes on evri app it didn’t move for over 3 days & i contacted abbot lyon who were great & said they’d keep an eye on it for me & yesterday i got the notification it was out for delivery well it was put at my front door absolutely soaked through like inside was actually stuck to the orange bag it had been packed in & the orange dye was all over the box inside & 2 items had been taken out i contacted abbot lyon with photos & was replied to within an hour & was told they’d keep would resend items out & get in touch with evri . i can’t fault abbot lyon at all they have been so lovely about it all 10/10 for service but please please change couriers evri are an awful company 7 years i’ve been dealing with this with them & no one cares you can’t contact them you only get a bot chat but the more business that stop using them just maybe the actual bosses with start coming down on the drivers / packers who are stealing our parcels i’m surprised they left one item in my parcel even though it was a personalised item they have stolen personalised before so i was surprised they didn’t take it all. however abbott lyon have been brilliant so thank you & thank you for saying you’ll use someone else to redeliver the replacement items”

“My order was place on the 16th of October and it has still not arrived. I have been told it is with Irish customs. The communication is poor. I only hear an update when I email enquiring for one. This has been an issue before for me and while the jewellery is beautiful, it really puts me off ordering from Abbott Lyon.”
