“Submitted a request online but didnt hear from them, so called on Friday. Spoke to someone who took my details and arranged to have car collected the following Monday between 8 and 10 in the morning saying someone would call half an hour before they arrive. Received call Monday morning at 8 and the driver was there about half an hour to collect vehicle as promised. Driver was friedly, efficient. Took my details down and car taken away. Reveiced email notification and payment deposited into my account same afternoon.”
