“Excellent service from start to finish!! I booked Abbey Scrap Cars on behalf of my mother-in-law who doesn't have access to the internet and lives in another county than us. Communication was excellent, smooth and straightforward to book the collection - with lots of date availability to choose from. My MIL was nervous about dealing with the car collection side of things on her own, but the chap who collected it was "really kind, lovely and patient". Prompt emails came through to me, including confirmation the car had been collected. Options on how to be paid for the car were perfect for my MIL also. Thank you for a brilliant service - we would highly recommend this company.”
