“Contacted abbey cars after being let down by another breakers, the lady in the office was very polite professional and helpful and got the collection booked in the next day, also valued the vehicle at £40 more than the other breakers so a very fair price paid, only one thing to report which wasn’t a problem due to being kept updated, is the collection was between 10-12 and at ten to 12 the driver messaged to apologise and say I will be with you at 12.45, he was bang on his updated time, very friendly and professional and the collection was all done and dusted in a matter of minutes, highly recommend using abbeysrapcars and would do so myself again.”
