“Sent email to Abbey on Wednesday at approx 17-40, valuation was almost immediate. I accepted valuation. Following morning received call from Abbey to arrange collection between 14 00 and 1600. Lorry turned up at 15 30 (after receiving text 30 minutes before, advising of lorries whereabouts) Driver was very pleasant and efficient, loaded and left having completed paperwork within 15 minutes. I don't know when money went into my account but it was there when I looked approx 2 hours later. I can't fault Abbey Scrap Cars.”
