“I thought great and easy to use to start with. Had car booked in and agreed for a date and a time. Had confirmed on phone and email so would expect them to turn up to collect, they tried to call and as phone went to answer phone they have cancelled collection. If you need confirmation for a third time potentially tell people so they can expect a call or do it the night before not on the time you are suppose to arrive.”

“The whole process was very easy from start to finish and Abbey Scrap offered me the best price from all the companies I looked at, everyone I spoke to were very helpful. On the day of collection the driver called 20 minutes before arriving, he was very polite and informed me of what would happen regarding payment and the emails I would get from them and the DVLA, then my car was loaded on to his lorry which only took a few minutes, he was gone within 10 minutes of arriving. I would use Abbey Scrap again and would fully recommend them to anyone, as I was recommend them to me by a friend who had used them for his father in laws car.”
