“AAI took over an existing system smoothly, easy to reach on the phone, responsive to emails, very good value, but to me price is not good unless you get service. AAI provide great service and have provided clear quotes, documentation and explanations. Excellent.”

“We needed to change our alarm and were recommended to AAI. From first contact, to the survey and quote and then the installation these guys have been nothing but helpful and proactive. I called them a couple of weeks after the install because I kept getting an error code and they diagnosed that we needed a signal booster. This was installed the following day and there was no charge. Whenever I call them the phone is answered within 5 rings and everyone is friendly and helpful. This is just as important as having great engineers because if you have a problem you want someone pro active and helpful to deal with. Their pricing seems to be very fair and our service contract is considerably less than we were quoted by another company which was not even an NSI registered company. Every member of the team that we have had contact with has been kind and helpful and incredibly attentive to the fact we have dogs and they’ve made sure the dogs have never been allowed to escape. I would recommend AAI to anyone looking for a professional yet personal alarm company.”

“We have used AAI security systems since 1992/3 in 3 different houses. Each time we were given a clear plan of where and how each item in the system would be placed. Each time, the service has been second to none. The engineers and office staff are always helpful, friendly and supportive and the product is top quality for the price. We wouldn't keep going back to them if they weren't providing a reliable, consistent and high quality service! We can't recommend them highly enough.”

“We were recommended to use AAI by our daughter as the company we have been with for many years have failed us miserably. AAI took over our existing contract and we have nothing but praise for them, especially Andy, who came promptly to sort everything out, in an efficient and friendly manner. “Andy assessed our home and guided us 25 years ago with our original installation. The service then was professional and the product has been totally reliable throughout. I decided an upgrade was called for, even though the original product was still in good working order. Enjoyed a similar professional experience again this time. Andy was most helpful as were Richard and Steve who installed the upgraded system. Recommended AAI to my children in their new homes. They have also received the same level of care and attention. Can totally recommend AAI for a professional and practical alarm solution. Thanks you AAI”

“I normally do not write reviews but I am inclined to with my recent experience with AAI and Kevin White. AAI came to do their annual check on our security system. Kevin arrived and was by far the most professional, calm and friendly engineer I have had the pleasure to meet. Kevin was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Thank you Kevin!”

“Utmost courtesy at every level from MD to reception. Prompt pick up on all calls and speedy,no fuss, resolution of any query or problem. Excellent alarm system at very reasonable cost both for installation and maintenance. We've never slept so well! The peace of mind is priceless”

“Richard had helped me to re-configure the camera remotely as we had changed our network at work. He had spent 40 min to change all the settings on a DVR. Normally they sent the engineer out and there is a call out charge but he had call me on a same day to fix my issue. I would definitely recommend AAI for CCTV installation. Thank you AAI and Richard :)”

“AAI Security exceeded our expectations from the moment the boss Andy came to our house to quote us and explain everything and very quickly and politely resolved a few initial teething issues we had after installation. Nothing is too much for this company and the product is A-class. Where else would you be able to speak to the MD of a company out of hours who would quite happily and patiently spend time answering questions and explaining the technical details of the alarm system. Very happy with the service, only small niggle where it loses 1 star is we felt that 6/7+ weeks from initial quote to install was a little too long to wait. To be fair it was over the busy season but still we would have preferred to have the installation done a lot sooner. Saying that, we have a great alarm system for the long term and a company we know will always support us. Thank you AAI !”
