“From the onset, customer service and feedback was exceptional. The price was marginally above my intended budget but I still committed. Returns and refunds have never come into the equation at present. With hindsight, I should have been offered a working demonstration of all sensors and possible future problems. Instead, I was informed that the 24/7 service would advise on how best to resolve. I naturally assume that this service is included in my annual maintenance fee. Time will tell.”

“As a returning customer (with my tail between my legs), from the onset Andy understood my predicament, provided me with an accurate quote of works required and duly implemented it with his professional team of installation engineers. I am extremely glad to say I am back up and running (within no time at all), with no faults or complaints! I highly recommend this company and looking forward to a long-standing relationship with them once again”

“Been with AAI for some years now having had them take over my old alarm system. Just had a new AAI system installed and it is so far working excellently. All staff are so pleasant and professional to deal with and as a company I trust their advice and judgement, I feel so much safer and secure with AAI protecting our premises. Thank you.”

“Have just had new Wi-Fi alarm system installed. From survey to installation all went very smoothly. AAI also managed system at previous home and saw no reason to seek another company.”

“Every point of contact has been extremely professional, helpful and efficient. From the initial discussions of requirements through to the installation this has been the smoothest process. We had a couple of minor queries post-installation and one easy phone call provided resolution within minutes. The equipment works extremely well, the engineer was a real pleasure to have in the house, and every interaction thus far has been brilliant.”
