Disappointed in the packaging this time as it looked like it was someone else's returned item. Also the sides were massive and looked like extra large instead.

All clothes look very good on the models but when you order and receive they look very cheap and very creased for £70 plus material and the sizes are not true to size. I’m always having to chase up returns as it goes over 14 days and yet no refund.

My last order was a hijaab but the colour of what was shown on the model was nothing like what I received. I have returned that now. Unfortunately waste of postage charges.

I have experienced bad service with Aab lately with express delivery not being delivered on time this has happened to me twice as I'm a regular customer I didn't like my experience.

The material and quality was beautiful, however although I bought one size up to my normal size unfortunately did not fit around hips.

Abaya material is way too light for uk weather. Doesn't come with scarf. Product of UAE.

The prices are quite expensive for the flimsy materials used for some of the garments. I.e the trousers they sell go for over £50 when they are in no way shape or form worth that price mark. I mean primark or h&m do much better quality for 50% of that price or even less. Honestly the prices for these clothes don't do it any justice. Need to sort this out as you will only lose customers. Honestly sort your prices out ASAP because your materials are more on the market value side rather than as a retailer.

I purchased an expensive abaya for 79£ and still delivery was not free, I didnt like it when It came the color was different from the website, which I can understand but the material was quite cheap, i would have expected something better for the price I paid. I decided to return it and realised I also have to pay for the return which I think is outraging because this endes up costing me around 10£, lots lf hassle and waste of time. Would not order from aab again.

The material is very cheap, not worth the money. The dress does not look like in the picture. U guys have done a good job with marketing and photography

I have been a loyal customer to Aab for many years and I always purchase my Eid outfits along with my everyday fashion from here but I feel quite disappointed in the quality of their products this year and I had to return my last order, I just couldn’t justify spending £200 on 2 items that were of poor quality and liked nothing like the colours from the website. The website images are quite deceptive as the colours of the fabrics in real life are completely different and much less vibrant and the stitching of the clothing feels rushed and something I would wait for sales to buy. I’ll be popping to the store next time... Aab I love your style but I will be trying somewhere new I’m afraid!

The hijabs I ordered were of really bad quality and the colour wasn’t black either.

I purchased two textured joggers.Quality was not too good.Pockets torn after wearing once. Gave two stars for this reason

Lovely clothes but actually very basic for the delay price. As an Islamic or modest range, I find it very disappointing that you don't do free delivery or even returns. You'd think with your extortionate prices for a basic top, free exchange or returns would be complimentary.

The long zip longline jumper I bought recently isn’t the best material. Look cheap and material had started to fray after only 3 days of wearing it. Not impressed with Acrylic. Will not be purchasing jumper dresses again, unless Aab start using good quality material.
