I purchased the slip, unfortunately it didn't fit well. 8 tried to 0h9ne a few times, but it seems the calls, as I seem am experiencing with many organisations is that, there is a delay in voice, maybe due to system running at homes. I am not sure, however after a few attempts I was called back to try and return. I was also told 8 can't return it to any aab shop.. which makes it even more difficult. As one has to get to the post office on the times available. So I haven't returned it yet. I have been given something to download and then probably print.. Which all adds to the not smooth process of purchasing and returning. I also had a negative experience prior, when I made payment and found out later the item wasn't in stock. I was reimbursed. However it wasn't a great experience. Although I haven't purchased too many things.. but it hasn't overall been a pleasant one.
