“Good customer service, not clear the steps to complete your tickets, open/close tickets and you've to ask for a VAT invoice after you've received the order”

We apologise if you find the email ticketing system a little difficult to use, that was certainely not our intention and the VAT invoice is sent out as a PDF attachment with the confirmation of dispatch documentation. “Initially, contact was sporadic for a repeat order where the original information could not be found. However, once the correct information was found and confirmed the service was swift. I would recommend AA Labels.”
