“Next day order placed but unfortunately, due to apparent system issues, was not sent out until the next day. Due to problems with the delivery courier the order was not delivered until 4 days after it should have been”

“There were alot of problems with the delivery by parcelforce but AA labels called me every day to check and rearranged the delivery with DPD, who were very efficient.”

“I was really pleased with the labels and print quality. The product was worth 5*s. The only reason why I have deducted a mark is because of the ordering process on the website. It is very confusing and not at all dyslexia friendly. I had to get someone else to make the order for me because I just found the website impossible to navigate. Had I not had someone else to do this for me, I would not have been able to place the order and would have gone elsewhere.”
