“Good but we used the design tool twice now and still had prohoems with the final design and had to have calls/emails to fix which added extra time to receive our order.”

Thank you for your latest printed order on our Matt White Permanent Adhesive labels. I would like to inform you that our design team checked the order it was noticed the template selected had no gaps and your artwork was full colour, therefore, we had to change the die. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.

Thank you Doea and we are pleased that you are happy with the FOC sample materials that you ordered. We also apolgise for the time taken to dispatch your shipment, but there was an unexpected public holiday on Monday 19.09.22 in commereration of Queen Elizabeth II and the state funeral. Customer orders placed before 16:00 (GMT) are usually despatched on the day. We look forward to continuing to be of service when you have decided on a label material/s.

“My order was very efficiently dealt with, when the goods arrived the boxes were coming undone and boxes were sticking to the bubble wrap in the outer box. I managed to prise them apart and stand on one end to stop the boxes from coming apart. Not sure if the glue will hold.”

“Really pleased with the labels I ordered. The design was clear and the material quality was great! I would have given it a 5* rating, but I found navigating the website tricky, so much so that I needed to call up for assistance. The customer service team was great though and helped me with what I needed. It’s always nice to get through to an actual person instead of a bot when needing help.”

“Great selection of labels and quick delivery. Offered template tool on website not working making label purchase useless. I had to explain at length the problem 3-4 times, and I suggested a solution of emailing the image we wanted on the label to customer service and them be emailing back pdf we could print here onto the purchased labels. I was told at the time that this is a premium service that we would need to pay for. It was then suggested to me again the same method of using the online template tool I had already explained I had tried and was not working. Lost patience in the end as not getting anywhere so found my own solution. EDIT - I should add I have since writing the original review had a call from Laura at AA Labels recognising the situation was far from ideal and apologising. I was asked if I would consider revising my review based on this - which I think is fair since the courtesy shown makes a difference. I have left the jist of it in place, and updated from 1 star to 4 to reflect the follow up call.”

“very difficult to understand the person on the other end of the phone, i suspect that it is an indian call centre, which is ok, but a 5 minute phone call turns into a 20 minute phone call, labels quality and very quick delivery, but customer services needs improvement”

“Fast and prompt delivery of the goods - and made the effort to get them shipped out the same day - thanks. Website ordering slightly tedious as it kept asking for a delivery email address despite one already being there..... other than that, great all round.”
