“Ok but one of the colours has come through with 42 labels per roll which basically makes them useless. Not sure why they wouldn't just put it on 1 roll...”

We have investigated this and can confirm the order was placed with the most cost-effective roll option, ensuring that you would not incur any additional charges. For this specific order, rewinding the labels to put on 1 roll is not advisable, as it will result in six joints on 1 roll, which does not align with our recommended standards. However, if you have any specific requirements in the future, such as requesting a single design on 1 roll, kindly inform our customer care team accordingly, and they will accommodate your request. We again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.
