“Great service from AA, great quality labels. Courier service form Parcelforce was rubbish. We paid for an express service, plus a.m. delivery and the parcels did not arrive for 4 days. Not AA fault but completely affected our production process”

Our “next day delivery” option typically refers to the next working day as a lot of couriers don't offer weekend delivery as standard [this is usually an add-on service]. As your order was placed on Friday, the delivery was scheduled for Monday, which is the standard next-working-day timeline and exactly what you paid for. We did communicate this during the order process, and informed you that the order will be delivered on Monday. For time-sensitive orders placed on Fridays, we also offer a Saturday delivery option at a higher additional cost so this is an option to consider when you place future orders. We’re committed to improving our services and ensuring clearer communication on our website and during the ordering process as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
