Experience wasn't great. I was looking for some metallic finish labels with a matching wax ribbon. I found the labels easily enough, although the search facility on the site isn't as good or consistent as it could be. I couldn't find the wax ribbon anywere. Posted a question on the chat which promised a fast response. No response after an hour. I found the wax ribbon elsewhere, so ordered that from the other supplier and the labels rolls from AA Labels, all for next day delivery. The order was placed with more than 2 hours to go before the order cutoff time, and I paid £6.50 for Next Day delivery. Wax rolls arrived next day from the other supplier, but no labels from AA. Checked the site, found a reply had been posted to my question that morning (about 18 hours after my original request). When I tried to look at the reply, the web page refeshed and the reply was discarded because the chat was too old. The labels actually _shipped_ later that day, and arrived the following day. No refund given for shipping, although they knew they shipped a day late. The labels themselves are great, but the ordering process and web site could be significantly improved. I'll use them again, but only if I can't find the labels elsewhere, and won't bother paying for faster delivery.

Thank you for this frank, but fair review of your customer experience Roger, for which we apologise. We do not provide thermal-printer consumables, other than label rolls and we are at a loss to understand how members of our customer care missed the live-chat, particularly as we can find no record of it in the system logs. We have investigated and understand why your labels were not shipped the same-day, as they should have been and we have no intention of retaining the delivey charge for next-day delivery when we did not provide this service. Please speak with a member of our customer care tea when convenient for you. We fulfill hundreds of orders a day and generally our review rating ar higher than the industry average and hope to demonstrate this when you next need to torder labels. We are also constantly reviewing the website and customer journey to improve teh experience and will certainely take your comments into consideration. Thank you for this first order and we look forward to the opportunity of changing your opnion of us with the delivery of the next one.

Good morning, value for money I think nothing comes close to you ! the second time I work with you for a big order for the second time the same communication problem occurs , terrible communication problem which means wasting time and of course at some point the "tones rise" .Turns out the tech department was right about the problems with the mockups they gave you to work on...... I received the labels correctly and without any problems...... I hope next time we go even faster

I’m glad someone from Aa labels phoned me: I couldn’t find the labels I had ordered previously on the website and they, of course, managed to complete my order. It would have been better had I been able to do this by myself but I have had similar issues before. Fingers crossed next time… I have returned to this company because the labels are great.

Repeat orders shouldn't have to jump through as many hoops as the initial ordering process creates. Once the order is in place, it should be easy to repeat. Also the colour isn't consistent - even with all the checks that are put in place.

Dear Susannah, Thank you for your repeat custom over the last several years. We do have the re-order function on our website once you have logged into your account. This allows you to add a repeat order to the basket with a couple of clicks of a button. The soft-proof approval is an automated process and is in place to make sure that the correct artwork will be printed at the final stage for you. Please note that we are unable to guarantee colour matching on standard sheet printing as several variables affect the shade in colours. There are options for you to consider to be able to achieve better consistency in colour such as superior print or moving your labels onto rolls. Your products are quite good and delivery is quick but they are too expensive compared to some clients selling the same stuff.

After my order was placed, the stock material I requested was not available, I was then asked to choose a new material or wait indefinatly. In addition to this it was not communicated there would be additional costs, I was sent an additional invoice 3 days later.

Hello James. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. I have looked at your records and can confirm that our Customer Care Team contacted you by email on 09.03 to advise that your chosen material was not currently available. At the same time, we had stated that there will be a slight difference in the cost. Later in the same day, at 4.43 pm you replied agreeing to a material change. The pro-forma invoice was sent to you the following day at 10.28 am. On receipt of payment, the order was proceeded at 1.12 pm. I am sorry for any misunderstanding. I can see that our team had shared the label template with you beforehand and had advised on the text size before sending you a soft proof. It is a good idea to cut out a paper template and try on your product to make sure that you are happy with the size. While the labels are quite satisfactory, customer service failed to give a satisfactory answer to the question of printing labels. I was directed to the website, then templates. It is easy enough to download the appropriate template but impossible to type on it

Thank you for the first order of plain, matt-white, paper labels, on A4 Dry Edge sheets, with a peelable adhesive John and we are sorry to learn of the difficulty you experienced working with the template. The Adobe PDF usually requires the correct software to be fully functional and the MS Word templates, have limitations, which is why we also offer the freedom to use our Label Design software on the website. With which you can create your labels, use our online image assets and also upload your files. When completed save it to your account and download it for home printing. If you need guidance on the use of this tool, please do not hesitate to contact the customer care team who will be happy to discuss your label design.

Product is excellent quality, but customwr service is a lot to be desired. Not very helpful when their system is at fault. No root to escalation either. Make sure you check your basket wording and quantities before paying.

Thank you for the latest order of printed labels on rolls Inderjit and we apologise that it was not clear that the quantity of labels per roll is determined by the manufacturing process with the free, cost-effective option selected and there is a small charge if you want to change this and specify different quantities of label per roll. Good customer service. Terrible website. Lack filter options, better menu where I can find my way to the product. Now I select one type of product and its endless scrolling to find it. Easy re-order not clear and obvious. Too much information I have no need for. Pages seem cluttered with information. And lacking payment options by credit card without using the phone. All in all, happy with the service, and quality. Dissatisfied with the website (almost to the point where I do not want to use it, and thus choose to go through customer service creating extra work and effort)

The product quality is outstanding. But the shipping experience could be improved. As you only ship to the EU via the Netherlands, we have to pay Dutch import sales tax. We cannot claim this back because we are not VAT registered in the Netherlands. So for larger volumes it would be great if you could ship directly to the customer's country.

Wir sind uns dieses Problems bei einem der von uns eingesetzten Kurierunternehmen bewusst und werden darüber informiert, dass DPD Anfang 2022 ein Programm zur Eröffnung von Hubs in den EU-Ländern starten wird, in denen es derzeit nicht vertreten ist, das dieses Problem lösen wird, aber Wir verstehen, dass dies keine sofortige Lösung ist. Das andere Kurierunternehmen Parcel Force erledigt jedoch Sendungen in Deutschland und über diese können Sie auch die auf die Bestellung gezahlte Verbrauchsteuer zurückfordern. Wir freuen uns, der Feral GmbH weiterhin zu Diensten zu sein, wenn Sie Etiketten benötigen. We are aware of this issue with one of the courier companies that we use and are informed that early in 2022 DPD will commence a program of hub openings in those EU countries, in which they are not currently present, which will solve this problem, but we understand that this in not an immediate solution. However the other courier company Parcel Force does clear shipments in Germany and via this you can also reclaim the consumer tax paid on the order, We look forward to continuing to be of service to Feral GmbH, whenever you require labels.

No account managers or order forms, there was lots of miscommunication when tracking or placing orders. When placing a large order, difficult to track its progress. When receiving order confirmations difficult to track which product I’m ordering as there is no name corresponding to order. When ordering circular labels, at least one on the roll was off centred and not evenly spaced, with no time to reorder or rectify issue. When placing orders, you should have ‘high volume of orders, your order will be at the end of a queue’ when you have high volumes rather than asking customers to pay express fees to jump the queue when you specify 3-5 day delivery after order is processed which can take a few days.

Thank you for the repeat order of plain, gloss-clear, circular, Polyester labels, on A4 Dry Edge sheets Mario and for also posting this review of your customer experience. There is quite a lot of information on our website regarding label printing and the two template options (Adobe PDF & MS Word) are standard software products for which the manufacturers provide information, although the best way is to contact our customer care team who will be happy to provide an online tutorial and help correct the misalignment problem that you refer to.

usually service is amazing but this time i was disappointed. I called up and sorted labels on the phone with a very helpful person.. i paid via paypal whilst on the phone and gave the person the ref for that.. i then didnt hear back so thought it was all going thru. i emailed asking why i hadnt had the proof and they said they hadnt had payment.. anyway the order then was moved thru and wasnt posted till 5 working days after the proof was approved so i am still waiting to recieve it which has delayed my work
