“Good product, although prices are up and down ridiculously; but dreadfully let down by their IT department. Flash Player is integral to using their excellent Label Designer, and even though everyone has known for months or years that it was on the way out, they still haven't replaced it. It means I will need to find a new supplier of labels.”

We apologise for the time taken to reinstate the self-design tools on our website, but we can confirm that the work continues, with many improvements included in the new version. “Bonjour, Satisfait du service et des produits. Cependant les taxes de douane ne sont pas possible à l'avenir. Nous allons réfléchir à changer de prestataire si les frais de douanes sont appliqués et qu'il n'y a pas de solution. Je vous laisse revenir vers moi pour échanger sur ce sujet, Cordialement MG”

“Sample labels requested on Wednesday so as to test print as final stage of confirming order on behalf customer. Despatch confirmed Thursday. Not received Tuesday so phoned to check. Told not despatched til Friday evening & to call back next day. No offer to initiate resend. Called back Thursday to request resend. AALabels understands the significance of fast delivery on its website. It might benefit the Company to extend the ethos to samples for similar reasons. It will have been a couple of weeks by the time I get mine!”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention Martin and we can see that you placed your request via the website at 13:56 on Thursday 19.11.20 and the sample label materials were despatched to you via First-Class mail the next day Friday 20.11.20 and we are sorry that you still have not received them and will of course resend if the package does not arrive today. We do not send samples by the courier services that we use and rely on Royal Mail to deliver within their service guidelines, which in this case do not appear to have been met and we apologise. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do and look forward to being of service to Stephen Walters & Sons Ltd.

“Although the printing was fine and I was happy with that. I was somewhat disappointed that a mistake was made on the costings especially as this was a repeat order and I gave a reference to the previous one.”

Please accept our apology regarding the pricing Alan, our website development had been uploading new modules and one had caused unforeseen disruption with a pricing file, which was rectified immediately, but unfortunately it manifested on your re-order. “Standard service great. But charging the full prices for bespoke labels for tooling and then offering the tool you have purchased online to others is near as dammit theft, and unheard of in the label industry. I have since used flexi lables wor 8 new dyes as they keep them just for myself to order.”

“I’m sure they’re great when I get them to print but the website has no fine adjustments for print yourself as Avery does on their website. Having huge problems printing them on the labels in the right place.”

“Very happy with the labels, speed of delivery etc but please review your courier costs to Northern Ireland! £20 to get a box of paper here seems a little exorbitant compared with others... thanks.”

Thank you for the recent order of matt-white paper labels on A4 Dry Ede sheets Colin and for providing this feedback, but as you now know the invoice was emailed to your email address provided on the same day that the order was placed and labels despatched at 14:31:52. However following the call from our customer care team today we have provided you with a copy. We are sorry that this misunderstanding has caused obvious annoyance and we hope that the issue is now resolved and look forward to continuing to be of service again, whenever you require labels.

We apologise for the difficulty with currently using our online design software, which is in the process of being upgraded and we expect the new version to be available for use on the website by September 2020. “Normal quality labels, goof turnaround time, good quality paper, safely delivered with no damaged, greatly packed. Only issue was the colour did not match original chosen colour and on another prints it come out correctly.”

“So far so good except last order came through creased in the centre so delivery company miss handled it a bit. Most are ok. Out of your control but might be a good idea to have a word :)”

“Ordered same as before, but these ones are not the same quality or perforated. Paper not as thick. Disappointed. Had to order 1k minimum as well, before I could order 250.”

Thank you for the repeat order of Integrated Labels Joanne and we are sorry to learn that you are dissapointed. The product layout ordered (AAIL009WTP) does not have a perforation across the sheet, however AAIL010WTP does and is the same layout of two labels, but you have never ordered this before. Also you can still order the 250 sheet dispenser box, you just have to select either 1,000 or 250 sheet box option on the webpage before ordering, We look forward to continuing to be of service whenever you require Integrated Label sheets.

“The website isn't particularly easy to use. Not being familiar with a lot of the jargon I found it difficult to get what I wanted and I've ended up with a workable and affordable solution. I think product quality and shipping is great but the purchasing process itself needs a fairly major user experience overhaul.”
