Sample labels requested on Wednesday so as to test print as final stage of confirming order on behalf customer. Despatch confirmed Thursday. Not received Tuesday so phoned to check. Told not despatched til Friday evening & to call back next day. No offer to initiate resend. Called back Thursday to request resend.
AALabels understands the significance of fast delivery on its website. It might benefit the Company to extend the ethos to samples for similar reasons. It will have been a couple of weeks by the time I get mine!
