“My order was despatched by Royal Mail 48 on 4th March but I'm still waiting on it. I've emailed you a few times for help/support in tracking it down but had no reply. Please can you reply to my emails. Many thanks.”

Hello Nancy, I'm really sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived as expected. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, and we appreciate you reaching out. It seems that the first email we received from you was at 10:27 AM today, and we responded immediately at 10:28 AM to look into the issue. Unfortunately, Royal Mail 48 tracking doesn’t always provide detailed updates, but after investigating further, we believe your parcel may be lost in transit. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we’ve already arranged for a replacement to be sent out today, along with a pre-paid returns bag in case the original parcel arrives later. We take pride in dispatching orders swiftly, and it’s always disappointing when delays like this occur. While Royal Mail is generally reliable, we understand that occasional issues can arise. “I have started to get more ‘into’ quilting and paper piecing quilts and have done lots of searching for suppliers and I have to say that having found The Sewing Studio - that I have stopped searching due to having everything I search for. Then I discovered the videos etc and was impressed with the standard of teaching and presenting. I have made The Sewing Studio a favourite of mine now on Instagram, You tube and Pinterest. I would have done so with Facebook but deleted my account last year! What a gem to find! Happy days of sewing are back again!”

“Really pleased with the service and friendliness of all the dedicated staff. I dont live close and often need advice over the phone and it is never a problem. Ive bought two sewing machines from them fabrics and accesories and been very pleased with everything. The stock choice is amazing and the only downside is I need to stop myself from buying too much.”

“A great selection of fabrics. Staff are always very personable, friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to queries and all orders have arrived neatly packaged and well within the time frame stated. There are fewer and fewer fabric shops, and stock can be limited. I have every confidence buying online from the Sewing Studio.”

“I chose The Sewing Studio to buy my Janome sewing machine from mainly because of the videos. I watched a review of my preferred sewing machine which helped me to decide which one to buy. Once it arrived, I viewed a video that showed me how to set it up and thread it. I'm new to sewing and am finding the videos really useful. I had a query about the delivery and called them. They were quick to pick up my call, were friendly and helpful, and I had my answer. Would definitely recomment The Sewing Studio.”
