“The item arrived and had been stored in a damp shed, cover unusable and the stench was dreadful, told them to come and collect the item, worst smell i have ever had to endure. I would advise everyone to be very careful.”

Hello, thank you for your time today, as discussed all our machines are stored in our warehouse here in Redruth, Cornwall. Our warehouse is clean and dry with machines stored off the floor. It is odd for the contents to be smelly in this way with no visible signs of water damage or dampness from the outside of the box so we will be taking this up with the manufacturer. I am pleased to say that an exchange of machines has been arranged for you with the new one fully inspected, with no issues found. Many thanks for working with us to get this resolved for you, Anna

“My fabric packaged arrived very quickly and was very nicely packed. I had ordered a Christmas fabric bundle. I’ve been looking at these lucky dip bundles for a while but not been brave enough to ‘go for it’. I thought that you can’t go wrong with a Christmas selection and I was not disappointed! I received 11 different cotton fabrics and they were all beautiful. Ranging from round 25cm to 3 pieces about 45cm lengths (all fabrics full width). I am very happy with my order all round!”

“I ordered a Moda lucky dip on Saturday morning and within a couple of hours had an email to say it had been dispatched arrived on Monday. Very impressed with the service and lucky dip. Also looked at the tutorials on YouTube which are really inspirational. Will definitely be buying from you again”

“I have had an amazing experience with The Sewing Studio. I found them online as a Janome stockist and had a good look around before calling them to discuss what I needed. At first I was hesitant because I live in London and assumed I would find a similar shop I could go to in person. But I can't! I am a beginner to sewing and they couldn't have been more helpful and patient going through my questions. I placed an order online on Friday afternoon and my stuff arrived on Monday lunchtime, beautifully packed. I received tracking emails throughout. I am really so impressed. I love their videos too and these have been so helpful when i get stuck. I will be using The Sewing Studio many times in the future, I am sure.”
