“Hi All, Would like to say how pleased I am with my ne machine bought last weekBrother A65, I am 83 years old and have had my last machine for many years. Wow no more cutting threads and wasting so much. just push a button and off it goes. Although sometmes my foot is still looking for the pedal. Thank you so much. Margaret.”

“Excellent service from a charming assistant. I was rung and fully informed as to the state of my order as two items were being delayed . The rest of the order was desptached via the Post Office and arrived during the stated time and on the stated day. All in all an excellent service.”

“I wanted the Brother Inovis A65 but with a quilting table, Stacey advised this wasn’t available separately on the website but offered the quilting set which was free with other machines at no extra cost on mine! Brilliant quick service and delivery and very pleased with my machine :)”

“The Sewing Studio I've only just joined, but the Customer Service was amazing, The was a problem with the post code having been sent incorrectly by possibly PayPal. The staff at the sewing Studio went out of their way, to make sure the product arrived safely on the given day I would recommend them to everyone who needs help and advice about sewing and the various types of Machines to use. They are very knowledgeable .”

“The Sewing Studio was recommended to me by members of a sewing group I attend locally in West Sussex. Your Company is much talked about in very favourable terms. I decided to visit you on the back of those recommendations during our family holiday recently. My experience with all members of staff was excellent. Extremely helpful indeed. Louise kindly sat with me and showed me the 570QE and nothing was too much trouble. I decided to order the BERNINA 570 QE on line as a result of my visit. Your online service is equally exceptional. My sewing machine was delivered promptly. Emails were answered very quickly. The fat quarter bundle I purchased was great. The material was cut very well so minimal wastage when squaring up. Thank you again and I will continue to support your business as often as I can. I have no hesitation in continuing to highly recommend you.”
