“My purchase of my new machine was a very easy process from start to delivery. I particularly liked the videos which gave me lots of information on the machine I was interested in. I chose the Sewing Studio because I knew if there was a problem I could speak to some body to talk through any issues i may have. I emailed them on receipt and received a very grateful and prompt reply. I felt reassured to contact them at any time. I was able to read through the information on extending the warranty. I took out the extra cover and this was easy to do online. All relevant proof of warranty purchase was emailed through afterwards. I am going to share my work , when it is finished, on the sewing forum. I think this is a lovely way to feature your work and to share ideas on what to tackle next! The sewing machine is great and I am thrilled! Thank you for your service and on going support.”

“I have had many purchases from the sewing studio. Like my most recent they come well wrapped, secure and in a timely fashion. I particularly like the notifications from the studio that tells me my items are being packed!! Much excitement ensues. Thank you team. Ps I enclosed a pic of the Halloween hanging I made with material from the studio!”

“Thank you very much for great service. I watched a couple of videos on your website which were well put together and helped me to decide to upgrade my 43 year old singer sewing machine to a digital machine. I have started patchwork quilting recently so the special offer including accessories really swung the decision. It's early days but so far I am really pleased with the machine. The ordering process was fast and efficient. I would have no hesitation in ordering from sewing studio again.”

“I was introduced to seeing studio when I bought my overlocker. Since then, Sewing studio have provided the expert help I need to ensure the sewing machine parts I needed for my old machine were the right fit my model and would do the sewing tasks that I wanted them to do. Great tutorials for quilting, and I am just finishing my first quilt as demonstrated by Jeanette, in time for Christmas. Definitely buying my next machine from them! Excellent o going support and advice, inspiration and service. Thank you”

“I recently purchased a Brother Innovis A65 sewing machine from The Sewing Studio. The machine was beautifully and safely packaged and arrived promptly. Very good service and I would certainly recommend this company. Also, I am very pleased with the machine. I've only recently (at age 86) returned to sewing after a gap of about 15 years and my old very basic machine has given up the ghost. I'm delighted with the automatic threader, the visible bobbin and thread cutting facilities. Enough different "feet" for all my needs especially including those in the bonus quilting pack. Excellent. Thank you.”

“Outstanding service. Ordered my first embroidery machine which was really exciting. Unfortunately it came damaged which was no fault of the sewing studio as these things can happen. I emailed them and they responded right away arranging a replacement machine and collection of the damaged one. I have bought a machine from here before and was so pleased with the service that I returned to them when wanted to buy again. Both machines are Janome and I 100% happy”
