“Good range of non alcoholic beers and ciders although it would be nice to include more that were low alcohol rather than non alcohol as these tend to be superior in taste while still reducing overall alcohol intake”

“Your website delivery info indicates a 1 - 2 day delivery. I asked by email if it would be possible for that timescale, i.e. to receive the order a couple of days later. In fact the order was received on the 6th day from order. Honesty is the best policy, to get the trust you need.”

Hi Jacqueline, Thanks for your feedback, we have a 1-2 working day delivery window. Unfortunately, with you ordering late in the evening on Thursday 6th, it meant we were closed over the Easter period bank holidays and weren’t back packing orders until the Tuesday meaning your order landed on the 2nd working day (12/4). Apologies the expectations were skewed with the bank holidays, ordinarily you would get your order the next day or a day later if ordered later in the evening. :) Thanks, Tom

“Great selection, frequent offers, and good customer service. I’m knocking a star off for the occasional slip up (wrong items sent, wrong delivery address, that sort of thing) but these have also been resolved quickly and with no argument. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again”

“Really pleased I stumbled across this website. I'm running through their sparkling wines and there are a good number of them which are really good, blind taste test and I'd never know. Would have been 5 stars but their couriers have let me down a few times, but WB themselves are awesome and I'll keep buying from them.”

“Although we were pleased with the prompt service, the 0.05% alcohol red wine (Naughty) was disappointing and did not come up to hopeful expectations despite the reviews that were read beforehand. Hopefully, eventually, Wine Producers will be able to produce a low-cost and low-alcohol red wine that actually does taste like red wine”
