Failed first delivery, no info had to contact them to find out why. Supposedly damaged in transit. Promised next day replacement and 2 days later still waiting, now 7 days late. Will not be going anywhere near (Un)Wise Bartender in future.

Sincerest apologies that the courier has managed to break the package again! We are currently running at less than 1% damages so for your orders to be damaged twice in a row is incredibly unlucky. I can certainly feel your frustration and I will be sharing this with our courier. They should have sent you an email with tracking information so you can follow your package. I have corresponded with employee #1 only yesterday. A possible 24 /48 hr delivery was “ incubated “ by Parcelforce for 5 days.

order not arrived.. no star rating yet , but equally no reply from vendor I have been asked to revise my review but still order has not arrived , well over a month now

Absolutely awful tasting wine. Who in earth provided the reviews you show on your website where people say the wine tastes just like red wine ! Both brands I bought just tasted of vinegar. Complete waste of money

As Wise Bartender use Parcelforce to deliver their items we always experience major issues with receiving their items. They claim they cannot find our address and we nearly always end up having to pick up from a depot over 20 miles away or having to pay for a redelivery, which somehow they never seem to have issues with finding our address. Although I order in time for Christmas, with the order made on 18 December, the beers have not yet been delivered and PF now want to charge me £13 for delivery so I can receive the goods before NYE, which I am refusing to pay. I suspect the package will shortly be returned to Wise Bartender due to the 7 day rule they have in place. I never have the same issues with other couriers used by other low and no alcohol retailers and will unfortunately now avoid using this company until they either find a better courier service or give alternative courier options.

Hi Sam, this was dispatched on the 8th of November, I will look into this now. As per our order complete email, we do ask that any orders that haven't landed within 2 working days of dispatch are raised with us to investigate and resolve. Thanks, Tom :)

Sorry for any confusion but the 'bin end spirt' as desribed is a random bottle from our end of line, I'm affraid the type of spirit can't be requested for this as it changes so often!

Apologies once again about this, as advised our software provider is looking into why a previous delivery address has been pulled through and a measure has been put in place to prevent this happening again :)

I purchased this to experience a wide sweet range of beers. Its anything but beer. I've had tonic waters and drinks which will rot your teeth. Don't waste your money
