“Have ordered two 24 bottle batches of Clear Head, a wonderful tasting beer that’s doing wonders for my health. Hope you keep stocking it. Be good to see some kind of discount scheme for people making monthly/regular orders from you.”

“Good site, but bottle sizes weren't t really clear - ended up with a tiny bottle instead of a regular size one (which wasn't actually obvious from the price, either). But nice site, quick delivery and well-packaged.”

Thanks for flagging this...we do flag the bottle size in the description and also when choosing bottle size to add to basket but will review wyas to make it clearer :) Thanks, Tom

“I ordered on the 16th March on 1 - 2 working day delivery by Parcel Force, by the 25th March still have not received my delivery email sent saying I was cancelling if not received by 29th March. On 27 received the following "It looks like from the tracking it has been damaged by UPS in transit and we weren’t notified" Thought that I was getting my delivery by Parcel Force. The package was eventually delivered on the 29th. No apology nothing. Poor Customer Service.”

Hi Kenneth, Really sorry you package was delayed as it was damaged. my email to you went - ''Apologies you haven’t had you package yet. It looks like from the tracking it has been damaged by UPS in transit and we weren’t notified. I’ll get a new one out right away and it should be with you tomorrow'' Your package was then with you the next day once we knew it had been damaged. I know how damages can be really frustrating as we often don't get updates from our couriers which lead to delays, if you ever need more information on your delivery you are always welcome to get in touch with us. “Customer service is second to none! I had a box of my favourite AF damaged in transit. It never arrived and went back to them. Within 24hrs a new box was sat in my kitchen. First class turnaround. I’d always come to Wide Bartender to stock up on my favourite drinks.”
