“Hi After many years of excellent service with 80s and a happy customer, I’m currently a very unhappy customer!! I returned items of clothing to the value of ÂŁ160 ish . I did not ask for recorded or signed for delivery at the post office ( never have done in the past ) . I have contacted 80s on 4 occasions in the past 4 weeks to ask about my refund, to be told we haven’t received your items back !! Then I’m put on hold while they check today’s returns, 10- 20 seconds later no sorry we haven’t received anything!! We are trading from a industrial estate so they have been delivered to another address. So after many years I won’t be buying again. Malcolm”
