“Recently bought a Fila top which was unfortunately out of stock, however they contacted me straight away and explained and sent me another one I chose. It was more expensive but they waived the extra and sent it out 24h delivery! Fantastic service all the way, I’ll definitely be returning for more. Big thank you to Bradley who was excellent and kept me informed, he’s a true asset to the company. Recommended to everyone x”

“Bradley in the Customer Service team was so helpful, he resolved my issue very quickly (within half an hour of raising the issue) and came across very friendly and happy to help. There is nothing worse than an order going wrong and it’s too late to change it, so Bradley resolving my issue so quickly put my mind at ease! Will definitely be shopping here again.”

“Products from this company are of a very high standard with fast delivery. I would especially like to say how helpful Corey was in customer services. I had to return an item and needed some help. He was so extremely helpful and fast at responding to my emails. A real credit to the company. We will definitely be using this company in the future.”

“Hi, just thought it right to leave this review, my trainers hadn't turned up so I emailed 80s Casual Classics and within 24hrs I had a reply off Corey and he asked for a couple more details and then again replied within the hour, they had arranged for my order to be sent out again, also spoke with Corey and he was excellent, I have never had a problem with 80s Casual Classics in all the years, Excellent Service and would highly recommend products are excellent and service brilliant.”

“Customer service I received today was exceptional. I clicked the wrong size of jeans for my order (thought I was slimmer than I am) I requested to change the order via email. Within half an hour Adam changed my order to the correct size, on a different pair of jeans that were slightly more expensive, but to no extra cost to me. He managed to get it sorted so that they would still be arriving tomorrow, just in time for my birthday weekend shenanigans. 80's casual classics, brilliant again. Adam, you're a legend mate, much appreciated.”

“When I received my trainers there was a small mark on them. Spoke with Adam who was incredibly helpful in resolving. Emailed me a prepaid return label and is sending out a replacement paid. Thank you for making it so easy”

“80s Casual Classics is an excellent service. I have used the website many times and have only had positive experiences. The website is easy to navigate, with clear photos and descriptions of the products. The communication and payment is seamless and the delivery is prompt. The prices are competitive and you the product is exactly as displayed. I will definitely use the site again.”

“I had some complications with the gift voucher that I purchased, so I got in touch with customer service. I spoke with Bradley over the phone and then via a few emails. He was incredibly helpful and super efficient! Had the problem sorted for me within the hour. The issue stemmed from my own error, but the 80's team were really understanding and patient with me. Will definitely continue to shop here :)”

“Trainers were spot on.Customer service-for me-was terrible.Requested next day delivery-didn't get it.Explained that my discount code didn't work and was told nothing could be done.Not a happy customer i'm afraid.”
