“I could not get on to your site as could not change my password so I called and the man I spoke to was so helpful. Then I had trouble with my card as the bank had put a security thing on it. But the man still was really helpful and kept my item to one side whilst I rang my bank to say payment was okay to go through. I have been using your site for a while and my partner always uses your site and never had any problems and the staff on the end of the phone are really helpful and polite. You have a very good customer service.”
