“initially pleases the presence of many brands: the range is good. there is a choice. BUT recently sent a raincoat with the wrong size. I wrote 300 times in support - answer very slowly! there is no quick feedback. in the 21st century, this is at least for a store that claims to be exclusive, is unacceptable, I think. The manager responds uniformly or even inserts a response template to the query. I did not send back the goods, because I did not want to suffer and gave it to my niece. for the future, for me this store no longer exists))) Oleg from Moscow”

“I originally ordered a jacket beginning of December this was posted out to me within a few days but was not charged to my bank until January. Obviously with buying many online purchases over the Christmas period I didn't notice on my account as I received a email early December from Amazon pay to say payment received therefore I believed this had been taken from my account. Once I returned it in January it was then deducted which I was surprised about as far as I was aware it had been paid early December. Not a good way to deal with payments.”

“This is a small groan......purchased a new pair of Adidas from here. The trainers are nice but the box they came in was totally destroyed, which made me wonder if these are new, as ive never received a new item with the packaging so badly damaged. Not a major issue but if i was sending out a 70 pound pair of shoes to a customer i definitely wouldn't send them in a totally destroyed box.........”

“The fact that it took the delivery 24 days to arrive, ( every day is a working day, unless you work in a bank ) I find it very ordinary service. Is it your fault, Aust Post, I don't know but what I do know is, ordering from the UK doesn't normally take this length of time for the goods to arrive. The goods are quality, no issue there! Will order again I'm sure but the delay in receiving the goods is off putting. Thanks.”
