“I purchased a coat for my son over two weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I don't like writing bad reviews but between 80s casual classics and ups no one seems to care that I have not received my package. They said it was delivered but when I said it was not received they keep saying they will check. I have sent numerous emails and made loads of calls.Realy really disappointed. Winter will be over before it arrives.”

Hi I'm very sorry you feel this way. We have spoken with our customer services team who have informed us that both they and UPS are currently in the middle of an investigation with regards to the delivery/location of the parcel, and have been updating you throughout this investigation. They hope to resolve this issue within the next few days.
