“It's my First time buying from them. I bought from their German website. At first, there was no update of status of my order especially I ordering to deliver to Singapore. Few days after my successful order, I email and also message both the UK and German websites. I was concerned but their reply and reassurance made feel calm and positive that my order will eventually be delivered. Their patience of my constant concerned and repeated feedback showed how professional they are. Eventually received my item. I am very pleased with their professional service and service recovery.
