“Trousers arrived promptly but although I had ordered my usual size they were way too big......at least one size. Paid for delivery and when returned via a carrier (as no proper internet shop returns system in place) cost me another €14.50 to send back. All in all I'm well out of pocket as the refund has arrived back in to my account nearly €11.00 different to what I originally paid for the product and delivery. To be fair I love the brands and old school feel of 80's Casual Classics and would definitely order more from the site.........but can't afford the hassle or out of pocket expenses. I use lots of other online shops that have free returns policy, maybe that is something 80's Casual Classics could look at to entice me back?”
