“Everything I have seen and purchased has all been first class. However, when I have tried to obtain further information regarding specific items I am interested in the response is extremely poor. Several times I have been told someone will ring me back and no-one has. Also response to emails sent is inconclusive. I have tried many many times to get information regarding Lois cords, Jumbo or Needle and still no feedback. Again a great line of products but not so good on customer service.”

“I have done 2 purchases and the clothing was top notch. However I was disappointed to know there was a discount code for the first buy as a new Customer for which I was not aware of and therefore did not receive. “Asked for a 9 in fila trailblazer Brown boots. Got a 9 sent but more like a 6 they were. Label been put on wrong boots. Sent back and got the correct size,that my feet did go into. Bit of a pain sending stuff vack and getting correct one back out to myself.”

“Bought two Elesse jackets. Both top quality and very affordable priced. Just Great. Delivery to Sweden somewhat messy.. 14 days with "lost" parcel in a Postnord (Danish/Swedish company -former Royal Post with BAD reputation...) terminal in Denmark for s week.. Do not think 80:s CC had to do with that. Also - Home-delivery as default delivery metod is crazy... Ordinary people are NOT home at weekdays. Just delayed deliveries. Should always go directly to a picup terminal/store..”
