“Good, prompt service and response to queries. Overall terrific service. Only minor gripe was shoes I ordered were a distressed leather that meant they lightened in colour immediately on being tried on. This was fine for me but would have been good if that was in the description etc.”

“the products I received were as expected, it would be beneficial to have some information relating to sizing as Some Sergio Tachini Products may differ in size to say Lyle and Scott although they might be labelled Large. slim fitting etc. I am not disappointing in either the service or product and will purchase again in the future.”

“The clothes were perfect and arrived very quickly. There were absolutely no problems with that part. It was the website which was the problem. For some reason it kept adding random (and expensive) clothes to the checkout basket, sometimes just deleting everything in there. Hopefully the issue has been resolved now.”
