“I ordered a Adidas hoodie which was too big. It arrived really quick. I sent back the order which was processed and my money returned back on my card in 3 days from the time I posted back . The comms via email was also spot on. Re-ordered a medium which turned up within 2 days. Great service.”

I'm very sorry to hear that you paid £35.00 to return 2 jackets, this is very odd as we have never had a customer have to pay as much as this to return item's. We would recommend you contact us before paying such a high cost as other services are available at a lesser rate.

“Originally got my address mixed up (I have two addresses where I get my stuff sent to). When I informed them, they were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. Shipping charges were wavered and tracking details sent. Shipment arrived in good order. Very pleased with the service and would definitely use again!”

“About two months ago i bought the MARSHALL ARTIST DURAWAX SNOW PARKA KHAKI. I absolutly love the jacket. I've been a fan of Marshall Artist for a long time. Except this time the jacket is of poor quality. Not what i expect from a brand like M.A. The pockets and the end of the sleeves are fraying extremely. I've tried to stop it but nothing works. I'm afraid i'm not going to enjoy a long time of this jacket. Which is really a pitty because otherwise it would be perfect!”
