“When I order a pair of trainers in particular the least I expect is a great experience opening the packaging I’m afraid this didn’t happen the box was all broken like it was the last pair on the shelf very disappointed but the trainers are great hey ho hope for better next time .”

“Perhaps there’s a way to make the email system for delivery statuses a little more informative. I was unaware until it was too late that my order had arrived to the destination, returned to vendor because no one was there to sign, and then refunded. I was hoping to simply purchase again but not all the items are available at this point.”
