“A month ago I ordered a Jacket, I still have not received it until now. I already tried to contact you guys for 3 times via mail and support center, your tel. Number is invalid and can not be reached. I haven't got any answer since than. I spoke to DPD already but they need YOU to get active so I can maybe get my packet somehow... I really hope... No.. I EXPECT you now to do something, that's not a customer support, you're leaving me alone with that situation I can't do anything about. The thing is that I ordered a parka I could use a month ago as it was cold, but now it's getting really warm an I don't know if I would send it back if I get it sometime. Please contact me and do a scrutiny mission at DPD. I am willing to change my review if I get help.”

“Brilliant company, brilliant cloths I’ve shopped here for a few years and they always deliver when they say they will, cloths always turn up in tip top condition. The prices are always as you’d expect for the brands they sell (some I’ve never seen anywhere else since the 80s) if there’s a sale there is always great bargains to be had. I’ll continue to shop here for many more years.”
