“Ordered gazelle trainers size 9 for boyfriend - too tight - paid £5 to return asking for exchange for 9 1/2 - never heard anything back so rang up and was told the money was refunded! I asked were there no 9 1/2 size then - she said no. I looked on ur website and u do have size 9 1/2. So couldn't u be bothered to exchange? Didn't read return note properly? Not even an email to say about refund . Products good - service not impressed!!”
