“Love your stock, love your site. Whenever I call your staff are helpful and friendly. Huge fan from South Africa. However may I recommend something to make the experience even better... your sales@ system and customer profile system talk to each other. I contacted sales @ asking specifically for my goods to not come via SA post office as it gets held at customs forever and the system in SA is terrible. Yet my goods came via post office... got here soon, but still stuck there and i needed the duffle bag for my european trip in a few days time.”
