“Although my parcel was delivered quickly the size you had written on the description on you website didn't not match what I had bought, in fact it wasn't even close. It's a shame because it was a really nice coat. Haven't bought anything from your website since because I don't want my time to be wasted hoping that this time I'll have what I want in the size that I asked for.”

“This website is great, the selection, quality and speed of delivery are spot on. I've ordered loads of times before, my only gripe was with an ellessse Rimini knit as it wasn't noted that it was a 'dry clean only' item in the description. It's also I've of the only websites that I'm happy receiving marketing emails from as it keeps me up to date with new stuff so I can order it before it sells out.”
